Losing = Contract Extension!

How does Norv Turner get a contract extension after losing to the Jets, after winning 11 straight games before losing Sunday and, in my opinion, was the favorite to win the Super Bowl. This is a prime example of a good regular season leading to the GM getting sucked in. Norv is over-rated as a coach and the Chargers are about to find that out the hard way.
