How good are the Bills? Good enough to hire a coach who was fired at the beginning of the '09 season by the Chiefs. And how good were the Chiefs this year? Chan Gailey hasn't been a head coach since '07, and that was with Georgia Tech. What happened to the Bills hiring Bill Cowher, Leslie Frazier or anybody that has cred? Well they are the Bills.
